Anyone have these?

I know... ANOTHER EXHAUST THREAD WTFBBQOMFGROFLCOPTERLMAONOOB

Found this h pipe.. I got flowmasters on but wanting louder exhaust. Has anyone had/have these? They are fairly cheap but do they have good fit and made of good quality? To at least last a few years.

Also, I'm pretty sure it will be the right one and the compatibility check show it will fit.. But I always like to make sure. This will fit on stock headers right?

MAC makes decent exhaust for sure. Their mid-pipe fitment is usually good from what I've seen. I'm less familiar with their Hpipes, as most people go with the MAC Prochamber. I highly suggest the Prochamber for a deeper exhaust note and more volume over your catback. Lastly, either will mate with your factory exhaust manifolds. So no worries there!

Hope this helps you out some!

I have the Mac H pipe, mine has the aluminized coating though. But fit is pretty good on this one. Actually a bit better than the prochamber I had before this.

Good to hear. The pro chamber is a good bit more expensive which is why I didn't really want it. I just want a loud exhaust, and am not a junkie over it (like some spending over 1k on the "right" sound.)

This is one of the cheaper ones I found.. Glad it will fit, and that mac makes a good exhaust. I am wondering how good it sounds with flows. Not that many mac h pipe videos on YouTube with flows. Mainly pro chamber it seems.

The one time I've installed a Mac h I did not like the way it fit. It just had a cheap feeling about it and the install didn't go nearly as smooth as my Bassani X did. They seem to be pretty hit or miss from what I've read.

What type of flows? I've got Super 44s, and have a few vids from the prochamber and the H pipe.

I've heard that pypes can be cheap and be off. I haven't hear a complaint from mac though which is why I was asking.

They're probably Flowmaster 40's than. IMO, they sound pretty good with a O/R Hpipe. It's certainly a very deep sound and a lot of rumble at lower RPM's. Some guys love it, others don't. Everyone has different taste for sure.

If you're looking for YouTube sound clips, I'd look for any Flowmaster 40 with any catless Hpipe video. There's not much of a sound difference between brands of full length O/R hpipes.

Hope this info helps!

Shane
