x pipe or h pipe?

Looking to get a mid pipe. I'm leaning more towards the o/r due to my Flowmaster American thunder's being a bit quiet. what's a good setup?

thanks!

Depends on what your really looking for!.. If your trying to get every last bit of hp out of it, and don't care about sound, then go with the X-pipe!.. But if your more concerned with sound, and your keeping a Chambered style muffler like your Flow-masters on, then go with the H-pipe!..

X pipes have to paired with the right mufflers to sound good, I had longtubes O/R x pipe and loudmouths and it just didn't have any tone, just loud, now I have borla stingers with the longtubes and x pipe and absolutely love it

ATCO May 18th, 2012 - YouTube

There you can hear it good as I get ahead of the camera. Starts at 51 seconds.

Here you can hear it again at 2:11
