Bama Tune Problems?

Has anyone ever had problems or issues with their Bama tune? I plan on tuning my car and I have read several issues people have with them. Has anyone else had this kind of experience?

Bama Tune Problems?

They satisfy a lot of their customers. Of course with every business, there will be unhappy customers, and haters. AM and bama normally will do everything they can in the customer support side to make you happy. They have my support, although their 93 race tune detonates really bad on my car vs the street tune barely doing it. I think it has to do with underlying issues though not just their tune.

I have bama tunes on 1 car seam to work great so far. Race tune sucks up the gas. Performance tune gives good performance and still keep my mileage from day to day.

With volume there is definitely a chance for some slight issues and we tune more Mustang's than anyone else in the world. We'll definitely bend over backwards to make sure if an issue is brought to our attention that we get you taken care of very quickly! Bama has made some revisions to a lot of their tunes over the last few months. With that, we haven't seen many complaints and there is a ton of really happy customers!

For every Bama Tune we ask you 19 questions about your specific Mustang, including your unique mods and style of driving. This info helps us write custom tunes from the ground-up for your Mustang's mods that will give you the most horsepower that we can safely deliver. We're also constantly developing our tunes! Between our 14 different Project Mustangs and tons of street/track and dyno testing (on our in-house Dynojet 224xLC), we're looking for any minor tweaks to be made that can benefit you guys. We're also part of Fords Technology Transfer Program & Work very closely with Ford to insure that all of our tunes are perfect! Last but not least we do offer free tunes for life. Anytime you add a new modification, need some revisions or even just want to try a different tune, that is perfectly fine! Just hit up the Bama team directly and they'll make sure you're in good hands.

Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!

This is odd. That's a very simple set up to tune for. We can definitely get this right for you!

Can you please shoot me a PM with your order number included and I'll have our head tuning specialist review the tune and give you a call! We can also datalog with you to see if we can make any adjustments that will benefit you.

I mean, if there's an underlying issue you guys probably couldn't tell it by data logging, right?

Bama only tunes these cars to 25 degrees when 2v cars love 30 degrees of timing in them. also when I datalog'd I read I was running so rich I was washing down my cylinders.

Have you been contacted? You should be in good shape now. If not, please let me know and I'll see why there is a delay!

Bama does make our tunes safe when it comes to timing. We do like a little room for error.

After datalogging have you been in contact with the Bama team? They can definitely help you out pretty quickly! Just let them know what you'd like them to look into further for you.

Crap! What time is best for you? If you can get a few minutes throughout the day to give them a call directly I know they'll get you taken care of.

If you have a good time to talk I can have a Bama rep call you on that time specifically. Let me know!

-Dan
