I guess I am boring when it comes to this kind of stuff, but if I were to do mine, it would be gray or silver, something that would look pretty much factory and not jump out at you. I would really like to just make sure they are cleaned up good and then just clear them with a non-gloss clear. That's just me...

^ agreed.. I Would recommend going for a more cleaner "stock" looking look.
Black calipers with Grey brackets.. or the other way around.
To me, painting them red or blue or yellow or green is more less a boy ricer look unless you buy some aftermarket big break kit I would keep it simple and clean.

make sure to paint the brackets and the calipers different colors tho or else it wont look as good!..

I just painted my calipers red on my dark red (maroon) Mustang. The red is very bright and noticeable against the bullet rims which was not my intention. I think the calipers would have been nicer looking painted black

I'll take one tomorrow. It's raining here now. Is there a particular angle you want?

Ok. It looks different in different light.

Hope these help. Also, see my topic, 'Painted Calipers' from a few weeks ago.

I was going to get red caliper covers but decided to get the black. The black ones don't stand out so it doesn't look overdone, but when the wheel gets to spinning at like 20mph you can see the caliper clearly.

That looks great. I did not know the caliper cover also covers the mounting bracket.

They look very clean, I just wouldn't recommend getting a color that stands out.

Sadly no, I wish to one day. I'll probably rip the motor out and do cams and long tubes at the same time.

The mgp caliper covers are great. I got a set for a bday gift and they went on well, and look really good. I get a lot of questions and compliments on them. Much easier and longer lasting than painting IMO. But if painting I would do black or silver like mentioned before. Nice clean look. My covers are black with the mustang logo on the front and gt logo on the back. They don't look like a fake "big brake" kit either cause I was a little worried about that initially.
