Shutter

Ok so recently my car got a shutter in it when i hit my brakes not all the time but it does happen. I know i needed to changed my tie rod ends but after doing so my car still does it. My brakes and rotors are good nothing looks damaged. What could it be?

Check your tires for anything abnormal.
Bad ball joints can cause a shudder, or shimmy...
Probably, the number one cause is warped rotors though.

If its only during braking events, then its probably your brakes. Cheap rotors can go out of whack pretty easily.... who did your last brake job, and what parts did they use?

If it only happens randomly, then it could be a number of things, including something as simple as loose lug nuts. are you getting uneven tire wear?

Yes thats y i changed the tie rod end. In a month they would destroy the tires so i changed them but about 2 weeks before i did it started to shutter

If you can, try rotating the tires front to back and see if that changes anything.

I had that problem on a Taurus. The rotors were warped. Had to use a straight edge to see it.

Does it only happen after the rotors have warmed up?

Wondering the same thing. Other than warped rotors, a RoadForce wheel balancing machine can help narrow it down.
