Bama does not tune for cams so you'd need a custom dyno tune. Cushman cams are $600 for the cams another $250 for the degree service, figure $600 for a dyno tune and then another $400 or so for springs and misc parts. This is not including labor if you are not DIY.
With that said, a cammed 2V is not something to sneeze at. Will it set the world on fire? No, but they are easy low 12 second cars with a good set of cams, a tune and the right setup.
What else is done to the car so far? You can add a solid 30-40rwhp with cams but without suspension and some driveline mods all you will do is spin the tires. I'd start with upgrading the rest of the car first if that's not done but if it is and everything else is done besides cams or going supercharger then that would be your next step yes.
