2003 GT Automatic stalls when stopping

So I just bought a 2003 GT Mustang with 137,000 miles on it. Car was neglected. No service really ever done. So i noticed when i stop at a stop sign, every so often the car will either stall or loose power and try to stall. Now its a automatic. My Motor SGT told me a vacuum leak is some where. I changed the air filter and it helped a little but still giving me some issues. Any suggestions.

If you can't find any obvious vacuum leaks, spray some WD40 everywhere that there could possibly be a vacuum leak, with the engine running, and listen tor a change in the idle. You'll know when you find it...
Idle problems are also caused by a failing Idle Air Control valve so keep that in mind as well.
Also, if you haven't already done so, all of the tune up items need to be done on the car.

I just did all the service on it. Didn't do a tune up yet. I have a coolant leak at the manifold where upper radiator hose is located. I'm waiting to did a seal for it. When I replace it then I will do the spark plugs. Looked at the easiest one to take off it looked ok. My team chief said the gap maybe to open. So when I take the manifold off I will check the rest.

There is a very good possibility that you will need to replace that intake manifold entirely. The plastic manifolds are a known problem and need to be replaced at about the age and mileage of your car.
I recommend getting a Ford racing replacement as the Dormans can be hit or miss as far as quality goes.
Since this car wasn't maintained very well you can just assume that none of the maintenance has been done.

Another issue I notice is I think this car was in a accident. The radiator support bracket is bent on the passenger front. So the radiator is tilted up on that side. I found a replacement on rock auto.com. But I think from wht I saw it was wielded to the frame. I have a weirder in my unit. Hopefully she can do it for me free or cheap. When I get a chance I will try to send pic
