There are some relays on these cars that can make those sounds as well. There is one that is hidden in the fender well on the driver's side.
I think that Grimace posted something a while back about about an emissions related valve, on top of the engine, that was making a similar noise.

Just search for Grimace and look through her threads, there aren't that many.

I can't remember what the part was exactly...

So I checked my oil and there wasn't even any on the dipstick (Wtf? I just replaced my oil shortly before the intake blew) do I added TWO AND A HALF quarts and its still clicking... Why would I be burning so much oil?

That's a lot!
You would see a very noticeable cloud of blue smoke if it's burning that much oil in less than a thousand miles.
Now that it's full, check it every time that you put gas in the car and see how many miles it takes to use one quart of oil.

After running the engine a little more the click went away and then I revved it and it came back but much less intensely. Now its a sharper click now ahdbsounds kind of like an igniter on a grill or something. It seems like its coming from the left injector tree area but I cant find my stethescope to confirm it

My dad is saying the rocker arms now... Also, there is a weird sound coming from the exhaust but bits only from the passenger side pipe... Do I have a miss on that side of the engine?

Is that the rubber casing over the distributer coils around the intake?

The boot is the rubber piece that is attached to the coil. It's the part that goes over the spark plug. If it becomes torn or cracked, the spark will ark against the side of the head instead of through the spark plug. It only takes a microscopic little hole for the spark to find it's way through.
It will make that bbq igniter noise you described... Only louder.
