I'd say the most time consuming part, not necessarily hard, but time consuming is fabbing up a bracket for your 2v intake. I'd make something out of flat stock and attach it to the factory intake bolts. There's a few writeups/threads out there on this on other forums.
It's mainly cosmetic as the factory shaker setup on the Mach 1's is only effective at top end, but it's sure is b*tchin to watch that shaker jog to the right when you open her up
