Transmission rattle

I have the t-45 transmission and recently it has started grinding on occassion in 4th and 5th gear and only like once in second. Then just a couple days ago i have a rattle but its only in 4th that i hear it. You can tell its metal. It sound like something bouncing around inside it but once i hit 5th or 3rd it will disappear. It dont always do it but when it does its only 4th. What could it be? Clutch? Syncros? Gears or shifting forks??

I also have t45 and it made that noise in 5th then I found out the problem was it was leaking and not getting enough fluid to those parts . Does the noise sound like marbles bouncing around if so that was happening to me. Check your leaks and make sure your transmission is full of fluid

Ok update to the transmission issues. I changed the fluid and even after so it kept on doing the same thing and then gained a shutter when using reverse like it didnt wanna move. Then over night it seemed there was nothing wrong at all no grinds nothing. Then 5th was the only one that grinds then now tonight it works just fine sometimes then other times its like 5th is blocked and dont exsist. Not sure what the deal is with it. Any ideas??
