New plenum vacuum lines

Okay so the trick flow plenum showed up today and I have to say its a bit bigger then the stock one but I thought it would have the metal vacuum lines attached already. How to do I go about swapping these over with out crushing them? I've never done this much in depth work on stuff like this and had no idea how to go about this the right way. Every thing else has been super straight forward. [Click image for larger version

The plenum kit should have come with some brass fittings, those fittings will go into the holes and then you slide the vacuum lunes onto them.
