Headers

I am having shorties and throttle body put in the guy told me I need a dyno tune after is that true?

lol no but a tune would be a good idea.
Also shortie headers or performance length wont make any power difference noticeably. Long tubes are what you want unless of course your just looking to have newer cleaner parts on your car and aren't trying for squeeze all the power out.

Lol thanks I thought it was bs he said to make sure the car is safe. What all is involved in a dyno tune?

Nope, guy has 0 clue. You would benefit from a tune, but these mods will not effect the stock one.
