Dyno tune or or don't get the power adder. I've heard pinging issues and problems with kb tune. Don't wanna explode your engine

Yes I edit my posts a lot, auto correct likes to sabotage me!

If you don't have a place to get it tuned locally then don't get a power adder. The KB tune is basically to be able to drive it to your tuner and have it dialed in.

Is KB tune that bad!
I have heard that its rich at low rpm to make engine last longer
And i dont do drag race nd all alot
Do i still need a dyno tune?

If i get the kit
Is there cold air intake included nd throttle body in the kit?
Or do i have to pay extra to them for that?

They say its a complete kit
So think CAI or there stock throttle body isit included?

If your going to run the KB on a stock bottom end the 9 lb pulley is fine, as long as your have a PI motor, if your only looking for a bit more power you can save some money and use your stock parts, the KB will work with your stock throttle body and cai, just invest in the intercooler setup and definetly a boost a pump, the most important thing is the tune, if you don't have dyno shops in your area like you stated in an earlier post then don't even bother with a supercharger , if you did find a shop make sure they can tune a KB , if your shop doesn't know what their doing it doesn't matter about your pulley size a crap tune will pop the motor at 8 lbs, when running a SC it's all about the tune, I'm running 10lbs with my KB on a stock bottom end

Ppl blow motors at 6lbs or even less because they are stupid and romp on the car without a tune thinking it will be safe because its at a low boost level. Nope. Again, tune is a MUST.

I am getting a vortec V3 SC then from lethal performance they are providing dyno tune as will with sct x4 tunner.
I have purchased comp cams stage 2 268H which work with stock tune and gears
The vortec V3 SC is advertised at 364hp
With cams how much should i gain with john lund tune they tune for international customers as well
And how is vortec for daily day?
