Is this a good buy

about to place an order for rotors and pads. I think I am going to go with The POWER STOP Performance; Incl. 11.06" Front & 10.51" Rear Silver Zinc Plated Cross-Drilled & Slotted Rotors w/Z16 Ceramic Scorched Pads. Just over 300 with shipping is reasonably priced. Any one have these brakes or have any opinions about them before I pull the trigger?

I have them now for 5000 miles.

I like em and big improvement over stock.

Mine is a street car only though.

I was reading the comments on the kit on AM and people were complaining about the rear pads needing to be modified to fit. I will be buying them from rock auto as its cheaper but jw if you had any issues with fitment?

Raybestos rotors, Centric Posi-Quiet pads, get them both from Rockauto. Your **** will stop like a dream and no brake dust or noise at all.

Don't overpay for the hype.

I think that set up would cost a bit more. Hate Rockauto's website so outdated

Rockauto's website is easy to navigate regardless of what it looks like. It isn't outdated at all. Parts I listed are $160 before shipping for the front and $120 for the rear before shipping so its a wash. You don't need drilled/slotted rotors for a street car. All that is going to do is risk cracking on the drill holes and reduce overall surface area for braking.
