Removing AC Suction Hose Help

Found the leak on my 98 GT Stang. Its at the area on suction hose that's crimped to the rubber hose.

I got the hose disconnected near the Dryer, but having a paint disconnected it near the compressor.

I am using the AC/Fuel line disconnect tool, but seem to not be able to get it to break free.

Am I doing this right?

I am pushing the tool from compressor side up towards me. It just seems not to want to disengage at all. Anyone else who has done this who might have a comment would be appreciated.

They can be a pain sometimes. Make sure that the tool is engaging the spring on the fitting and just keep trying... You'll get it.
