Mach 1000 pigtail?

I just bought a 2004 GT that included the Mach 1000 audio system. I was wondering if there was any way to run a pigtail out of the back so I could plug in audio in/USB? I don't want to spend money on a new head unit yet.

I think it may have a aux port you can plug into. I'm not 100% but I thought I read that it did. It's really easy to pull so it won't hurt doing so.

Yes I edit my posts a lot, auto correct likes to sabotage me!

I have a PIE adapter that works on my Mach 460. No idea if they make one that works for the Mach 1000

Did you just run a cord out of the bottom of it?

Mach 1000 pigtail?

Does your CD player work with that?

Yes cd player still works (but mine is on the fritz skipping every few seconds which is why I bought the pie adapter)

It just plugs into the back, no need to tap into power or ground, plug and play. You cycle between the aux and cd player by pressing the cd/aux button.

I'd do done research before buying one though to see if it works with your Mach 1000. I bought one for my Mach 460 and had to return it for another because the plug didn't match.
