will these pop tires?

so noticed today these in my driveway. Upon picking them up I noticed them around all the cars in my driveway (3)
I was then talking to my neighbour and he noticed one by his tire and then we found a bunch more under his car. We walked to my other neighbours place and there was more of them!.. Starting to think some kids find it funny to pop tires maybe. I think ill be a nice guy and go for a walk around the block and make sure no one is going to have a bad day.
They aren't very strong I guess. Not sure if they would puncture the tire or just flatten out. Regardless someone thinks there funny.

I suppose that something like that could work its way into a tire and cause a leak.
Those kids really should have used roofing nails if they wanted to do the job right... They can easily find their way into the tire and they make that loud annoying "click, click, click" sound as you're driving down the street.
This is one of the problems with kids nowadays, when it comes to vandalism, they don't know what they're doing.

I wonder what those pieces of wire came from?

That looks like safety wire just made into wannabe road spikes. Those could definitely cause a leak if they get up in between the treads but they'd have a hard time working through the tread itself. **** like this makes me want to get a home security camera system.

And agreed on kids being to ****ing stupid these days to do anything correctly.
2000 Mustang GT Steeda build #48. Bolt ons, suspension, Novi 2000.

Just because I give you advice, doesn't mean I know more than you. Its just means I've done more stupid ****.
