I got it started. I played with my maf because it only had a .02 voltage. I'm gonna take it out for a hard spin in a bit

I was wrong. There is something else. Apparently a faulty Mass Airflow sensor can prevent the engine from starting as well.

That doesn't mean that's the problem here, just something else to check out.
Also, since you've recently done a lot of work on the top of the engine, you may want to go back through and re-check all of the electrical connections and vacuum lines to make sure that everything is plugged in all of the way.

You beat me to it Duffie. There's now an excellent chance that is the problem.

Im suprised by that. if I unplug my maf, my car still starts and runs, but it throws a CEL.

What should the normal maf reading be when the car is just sitting in the on position?

0.2 to 1.5 volts at idle and should increase to 2 volts at 60 mph.

Me too! It is the very last item on the "crank but no start" checklist in the repair manual.

Ok. Well I took it out and beat it a little. It's going strong so far. I'm gonna put my tune back in and try again
