You need cams to hit 300rwhp

Bullitts are better than Bullets

Well get the 93 octane tune and fuel. Intake manifold would be a pretty good upgrade it looks good and adds hp

A good set of cams, custom dyno tune not a canned tune, and you should be close.

Umm not on a 2V. A 93 octane tune is gonna do very little for power and the factory take is not a major restriction on these cars. An intake swap doesn't notuch power without forced induction

If you are worried about MPG get a Prius. As for the cams, yes they will decrease MPG and you may have clearance issues depending on which cams you get. Plz use actual cam numbers instead of "stage" which means precisely dick. Not to mention that without forced induction or nitrous you might as well not even bother. A NA modular is an effort in futility. I mean they CAN make power but its a complete and total waste with the $$$ it takes to get there for the end result.

Cams are going to be $2k+ when all is said and done btw, if you aren't doing the work yourself. $600 for the cams, $150 for the degree service, $50 for the crank gears, $200 for misc parts, $600 for a dyno tune and then whatever labor is to install them. At that price, you'd be a moron to just not throw a supercharger at it or a 150 shot and call it a day.

A 2V with a power adder is not the fastest thing on the block but its nothing to sneeze at either. A properly setup 400rwhp car will be a ton of fun and run very good times at the 1/4 when properly setup.

You probably have close to 255rwhp with that extremely ****ty bama tune.. if you got a decent 93 or 91 octane tune from Ortiz or Lund you should see 266rwhp you should do an egr delete plug everything up nice and sealed and invest in under drive pulley's you could hit 270rwhp 270 with no cams or heads is pretty dang good! And good enough for a 12 second 1/4mile.

BBK cai, Trickflow 75mm tb/p, SR tb/p spacer, egr delete, Steeda udp, Mac longtubes, Mac o/r x-pipe, SLP loudmouths catback dumped, NOS 100 wet shot, Ortiz tune, Ford Racing 4.10 gears, Moser 31 spline axles, urethane rear end bushings, tokico shocks and struts, Eibach sportline springs, MGW short throw shifter. 8/10.5x17 staggered bullitt rims with 235/315 street tires for now. Last dyno 345 Rwhp 430rwtq (w/o longtubes.)
