There is no "magic bullet" here Diego.
You need to either have the car professionally diagnosed to be sure that it is the head gasket or you can just start tearing the engine apart and replace them and hope that is the problem.

Whenever you take the heads off of an engine, it's always a good idea to take them to an automotive machine shop and have them magnafluxed (checked for cracks) and vacuum tested (check for leaky valves).

Try to get a recommendation from someone for a good machine shop.
Your heads may not need anything done to them. I just removed a set with almost 400k miles on them and they didn't need anything done to them.
It's foolish to not have them checked while they're off though.

Thats true but in yur opinion do yu think its my heads it hasnt overheated for them to crack err anything or can their be another cause for the gaskets to crack??

If you are asking if I think that the heads are possibly damaged somehow... I don't know. You won't know for certain until it is disassembled.
These cars are getting up there in age. Things like this just naturally occur over time.

That's the smartest thing to do. Get it diagnosed by someone knowledgeable who actually has the car, physically, in front of them... Instead of a Doofus like me who's guessing over the internet.
Then you can repair it yourself with the confidence that you're actually fixing the cause of the problem.
