Ac compressor won't go on

I'm having issues with my 01 gt . When I turn on the ac the compressor won't go on. The compressor is not getting power to it. What can the issue be?

No. I can't quite find the diaphragm for the fuse.

There's a diagram on page 133 in the owners manual.
The A/C clutch fuse is in the fuse box that's inside of the car underneath the steering wheel. It's a 15amp fuse and it's in fuse location #23

Yes I've tried but it won't go in since the compressor doesn't go on.

I would bet that the system has a serious leak and it shut down or it is over full which will result in the same. I would go to a local A/C shop and have them diagnose it and see if it is completely empty or over full.
