And you are positive your new IAC is good? I have been down that road before, bad right our of the box. IAC will cause stall or hard start or not start when warm or operating temp.

So besides oil on your plugs, and the stall apparently is fixed, what is it that is wrong now? I'm confused

Car starts cold and warm fine. It starts having issues when the car is at operating temp. It goes down to 500 rpm and sounds like it's misfiring. A lot. I'm checking the cylinder 7 and 8 after work. But I'm going to get new plugs anyway cause those are bad. And also I have let the comp restart my disconnecting the battery. So let's see when I get home how it is

I sent stray bullitt a video earlier. He commented on it. But I havnt had the vehicle stall on me yet. Just now when I'm parked and the car is warm. It has a low rough idle.

And when you shut it down or in easier terms "turn it off", does it start right up or does it just crank for a bit and then start or is hard starting?

It's still not like seeing them in person but that's better.

They still look serviceable. Are you gapping them to .054 ?

What is your mechanical experience? Have you worked on cars before, or is this your first ride and journey with mechanic work? Just wandering.

Went to UTI after high school. Worked at Nissan and Toyota. Was working on the line tech. But was assisting fixing used trade ins. Was a month away from going on the line with a tech but After blowing out my shoulder snowboarding. Toyota laid me off and I joined the military as an all wheeled vehicle mechanic. Been in this job for six years. Currently shop foreman in my section. Done head gaskets on my v6 mustang. Pulled lots on engines off of hummers. Electrical I suck at and emissions. Brakes I'm ok. Can tear a tranny and rebuild ok. On my car replaced manifold myself so far and cooling fan my self. But for now most of my experience is on diesels. Although concept is the same. There is still a lot for me to learn. Lol.

That is exactly why I stated that they are known to be bad out of the box yesterday. Been there and done that, never again.

Not to mention that the problems OP seems to be having points directly to a IAC.

Rollo already purchased one from AutoZone. It has a lifetime guarantee so he is going to keep returning them until he finally gets one that works...
Even if it takes a "lifetime" to accomplish that!

I have a steering box for my truck that I went through the same process with... Over and over again. I finally discovered that, due to the design of the boxes, they are not rebuildable using the method used by 99% of the "rebuilders". So I hunted down the one place on earth that takes the laborious extra steps to rebuild them correctly and have been happy ever since.

If you get it from Rockauto, get the Hitachi. They are one of the vendors that supplies Motorcraft with their IAC`s.

Awesome about the stalling problem being solved!
