New clutch

So I'm getting a new clutch in and I am wondering how many miles should I baby it for before I have some fun with it. It's a 2000 gt with 150k

I personally babied mine for about 5-600km before I started to put a hurting to it. This is in a 93 f150 running 37" BFG all terrains. I now have allmost 200k on that clutch and its still holding up fine. (Centerforce Dual Friction)

McLeod recommends 600 miles of CITY driving (about 1200 clutch engagements) before doing any spirited driving or dyno pulls.

Bout right for proper, wear in and seating flush. City driving requires more shifting which breaks it in faster. Highway requires less shifting. Burn outs and hard launch will cause burn spots to develop. Torque the flywheel evenly and the plates too for better results.

I do the flywheels just like I do a wheel. I get them snug in the cross pattern, then tight in the cross pattern, then I let the air gun go nuts in a cross pattern. Threadlocker and new flywheel bolts are always a good idea too, they are $14 on LRS.
