pats trouble

Hey everyone, I recently did an engine swap. Everything is back together and the engine will start for 2 seconds and die. I have chased this for two weeks and no progress replaced the pats module and transciever along with the key and lock cylinder from a working 96. I still get no theft light. I am looking for wiring diagrams so I can verify integrity of the system. Please help.
