Going from NJ to KY back in March I was on a bunch of 70mph speed limit highways through Ohio. Agreed that a 55mph speed limit is effing stupid. Was implemented back in the gas crisis days but now you can get a car that'll get 30mpg+ doing 75-80 and be totally safe/stable doing it. ****, you can get that sort of mileage in a LS1 Camarobird lugging it in 6th doing 80 and that was a motor that came out in 1997...

Yeah the trandmarobirds are really good for interstate and high speed driving. Even the stock LT1 that I drove had SO much more pull after 80mph than a new edge GT does. I like Camaros and mustangs equally, (flame suit on) lol.

Well lots more low end and an overall much more powerful motor will do that...
