02 Mustang GT DRLs

I purchased a used 02 Mustang GT hardtop back in February of 2013. Since I have purchased it, I have always turned on the parking lights while driving it. Over the past year it has become habit to turn the parking lights on AS SOON AS I get into the Stang.

ID:	167192So I was wandering if anybody knew how to activate DRLs via the fog lights ONLY. I searched Google top to bottom looking for an answer. All I found was this picture. It shows I have a fuse where the fog DRLs are, IF I am looking at the right fuse. I really want to activate them so it doesn't put such a load on my alternator (small amount or not) due to the fact that all the dash lights and everything coming on with the parking lights.

Anyone know how? If so, is it simple?

My day time running lights come on automatically.
My Fog lights come on when I use the switch on the center console
my lights/dash lights come on when I pull the knob out beside the gauge cluster.
To shut your day time running lights off, you engage the emergency break.

Check out the wiring for a Canadian model. They all have DRL standard.
