ID:	169131 with a K&N Cold Air Intake and an aftermarket exhaust system. I am 17, but I'm working, so money is limited but I am still flexible. Anyways, I need new ways to get more horsepower. Any ideas?

I'd do plenum and throttle body first and then a tune afterwards

Gears will be your best bang for your Buck or seat of the pants feel. Go 410s and you will feel it. As for bolt ons these cars seem to benefit from a larger throttle body and Plenum, and then a tune to tie it all in.

To do all the "basic" bolt ons you're going to need about a $2k budget.

-Plenum/TB
-Mid pipe
-Catback
-Gears/install
-Short shifter
-Basic suspension mods
-Tune

Blower/fuel system and all the supporting upgrades to get the power down is going to start to approach Coyote/Termi territory $$$ wise. One reason I sold my 98 PI swapped car. I'd be into it for almost $20k including the cost of the car. I will be purchasing a Coyote in the near future for that price.

I would go in this order ..

Plenum and thottle body 70mm
Off road X pipe
373 gears
Sct handheld tuner
Then save up and get long tube headers.

410 gears with a short throw shifter , makes things alot funner.

Want More HP

Alot of ppl will say ull be into it for more then its worth and bla bla.... U can get 500 hp with just sum rods/pistons , upgraded fuel pumps/bap and a blower, get u a panhard bar/torque arm and sum decent rear tires and bust that coyotes *** for half the cost of a 2011+ car , id rathar NOT have a car payment for the next 5 years and put the money id be making $450+ payments with into the car i already own plus my insurance is cheaper.... I sorta feel like if i was to say " ah well it would cost the price of a newer car" and sell the car i have would be sort of like coping out, if u are willing ( and have good mechanical ability) to do the work u can make ur lighter sn95/new edge bust a coyotes *** for about half of what u can buy a 11 and newer car for.... And the 11+ car if u go adding alot more hp to it u still have to upgrade the fuel system and all so.... The only 3 reasons id see selling my car and getting a 11' or newer car are 1. The blue book of the car would be worth more ( still gonna have more into it with mods then its worth regardless ) 2. There are more supercharging options available with a 11' newer stang ( a coyote swapped sn95 , if u go coyote swap route, it still seems centri blowers are still uncharted territories and so are turbos ud have to make a one-off kit , a roots style blower would be the only way u could go if u didnt wanna make ur own kit per say) 3. You like the newer body style more then the sn95/new edge. If you like ur current car and not gonna swap a coyote motor into it and build the 2v u can make 500 hp relatively easy and there are 1000 hp 2v's and 1500 hp 4vs so u cant tell me they cant make power but for a DD id be happy with 500-600 and a good suspension setup in which u can easily do that with a blower and some forged rods/pistons but 600 hp is maxing out the stock crank... Would i like a newer car? Yes but im not fortunate enough to be able to afford one im the kind of person that pieces things together and when i have everything i tear the car down and throw it in plus im content with the sn95 body style, so all that said its really what u want and what your wallet is like but pulling up beside a lightly modded coyote and walking it with my 2v would be so heart warming 😄
