It all depends on what you want, if want the newer style raspy sound then yes, if you want classic muscle car sound, stay H-pipe. I think the two best set-ups are either X-pipe with SLP Loudmouth's(raspy) or H-pipe with Flowmaster originals(classy.)

X pipe for louder rasp and Horsies. H pipe for a deeper sound with no Horsies.

X pipe with straight thru design mufflers like magnapacks by maganflow (this is what I have and Love it). It's loud That's for sure but quiet enough when you want it to be if that makes sense. I still love the clean sound of an off road h with flowmasters though. It's all preference and neither grant you too much in the way of power gains, Maybe a hp or 2.

All 4 of my sensors reached just fine. I didn't even know an extension existed.

If you're talking about the down stream o2s causing a code because of no cats, the downstreams were turned off with sct tuner. So no codes.

Your check engine light will come on because the o/r x has no cats. So you'll need a tuner to dissable the downstream o2s.

Either that or live with the light unless there's another way to get rid of it.

We have a pro muffler shot here, they said they can get that off. But my car will be okay with this installation?

You'll have to ask your car that question.

But seriously, you shouldn't need anything other than the x pipe. I didn't.

Check out the UPR off road x pipe. I believe It's still under 200 bucks. Have heard good things about it. I have the BBK and It's fine. Wish I would have went with the UPR though, its more of a true x

Yeah you still would if your concerned with the check engine light. Any off road pipe you need a tuner or mil Eliminators to turn the light off.

On my car I didn't worry about using the Eliminators. My light is on. I haven't experienced any issues other than it running a little rich at idle and Maybe a little more fumes.

The downstream o2s shouldn't affect anything. Other than your check engine light.

Get the MIL eliminators. They are well worth it. No codes and no problems. I used them on several mustangs and they worked like a charm.
