There's suppose to be some slack in the peddle before you can feel the fork pushing against the pressure plate. The space you feel is the fork and the bearing. Just make sure you have a little slack.

Im not sure if i ****ed up my transmission or what but my car overheat while having to much fun and now when i put the car in gear . It just dont move in any gears . What do you think is wrong ?

Clutch. If it's not engaging into any gears then your clutch is toast.
