antifreeze

Hi new ,old mustang owner:

By mistake I put about 1 qt of orange AF in radiator.Do I need to drain it or leave it alone?.

It depends on what was in there before. If there was green, red, etc (whatever colors they come in now) in it, drain and flush it with water. You should never mix the colors together because a reaction solidifies and, then you will have chunks that will clog things. I'm pretty sure the green antifreeze is what they put in it from the factory.

Thanks to those who answered my call for help. I called Ford dealer and they said because I added less than a gallon of orange solution it should be no problem.
