How much of a pain

How much of a pain is it to put 4v heads in a 2v

Quite a big one... Just upgrade the heads you have or put some aluminum port 2v heads on
Some aftermarket place may offer a kit but it will be very labour intensive and a lot of headache

Apparently its more work than you would think. You would need the timing chain covers from the 4v, timing chain, wiring harness adapted, and probably the timing chain tensioner. And then you probably would have to tune it to make it run well enough to make the power that you were in search of. That is what I am told anyways. I don't know first hand so I very well could be wrong about something

Twisted wedge 2v heads is what I've always been told to look at if your wanting to change your heads out

Yes if you are staying 2v then the TFS heads are the ones to get. Very expensive though.
