That doesn't sound good!
It's difficult to tell from the video but it sounds like one of the timing components or a lifter or rocker arm has possibly failed.
As I said though, it's difficult to tell without hearing it in person.

It sounded like a rocker arm to me. Take the valve cover off on the side it sounds the worst on and check it out a bit.

I looked at the rocker arms and lifters they look fine someone told me it could possibly be timing chain or oil pump

Take a long screwdriver or something (at least 15 inches long) and hold one end to your ear and touch the other end to different parts of the engine, while it is running, where you suspect that the noise may be coming from. With a little searching around, you should be able to find the area where the noise is the loudest.

That's a "Poor man's" mechanics stethoscope. It works!

Like i said pull the plug wire or cop one at a time, rev the engine if knock goes away it is more than likely a rod bearing. it much easier to pull plug wires than to take your car a part You can check all 8 in less than 10 min.
