Reread it.
As already stated the coil and/or spark plug possibility can be answered by hooking a scan tool and monitoring the engine misfire in the vehicle data. The car can generate a misfire without setting off a diagnostic trouble code (DTC). But to be sure a scan tool hooked up monitoring misfires while the car is preforming the symptom will give that answer.

143K

Absolutely, 143K miles, only having for few Months, A COMPLETE Tune up was already needed. Replace everything: Wires, Coil on Plugs, Plugs, Filters, Filters, Filters, etc. That goes without Say'in.

Coils go bad all the time and dont set off a check engine light. It usually worst when you ive it too much gas at a low rpm. The load just kills it and the car shakes. New coil, no problem.

Please tell us u changed all the cops and not just the 2 ?!? Good rule of thumb, if there are more than 1, change them all as they all have about the same life expectancy...bearings, brakes, light bulbs, cops, plugs all fall in this category
