March build list is ordered!!! I think with 201k on the driveline it's time to rebuild it/ freshen it all up! I will post up pics when I find time to install everything. Being able to only work on it on Friday and Saturday sucks. So I hoe everything goes smoothly

Hey this is random I took my GT to some small shop to have my breaks checked in which the dumbass guy forgot to return my wheel lock, I went back and he claimed he never kept it but I mean how tf are you going to check the breaks without taking the wheels off ?! Anyways I purchased new ones over ebay I just got back from American Tires and my car looks ugly -.- the lug nuts were to large so there is no room for the caps now I'm debating wether to purchase " cobra " saleen rims " as I have wanted new rims for a while now? I do plan to purchase my 2014 5.0 within a year so is it worth buying rims for my current mustang ? The stock rims were decent now they look crappy. Click image for larger version

Anyone hesitant on doing gears in their car. It's a cheap amazing upgrade!!! His is something you can really feel. My car went from slow and lethargic when I bought it. To ok this is kinda quick. To daaang this is quick!! Just need to upgrade my suspension now. Everything went pretty good today bearings weren't totally bad and still had some life left. So I pulled all of them out since we were in there and replaced them all. Ana etching for spider gears and the clutches. They weren't too bad either. But now it has carbon clutches. Tranny got serviced and also got a deep pan driving it home tonight the tranny temps only got to 158.2 even with me on it now and then. Overall I am happy!!

My car feels like a different car with the 410s. It's amazing what a little gear can do

I was charged $310 or so IIRMC. Total I spent about 650 for the Ford racing gear kit, which came with everything needed and install. Had a good ring and pinion Shop do them. Was in and out in about 3-4 hours. Hope this kind of answers your question, from my research before I got mine done you should expect install labor to be from 250-500.

My next mods opinions wanted

My buddy and I did it. He has done a couple hundred or so gears in his days. First he's a promod mustang driver and has a twin turbo mustang and second he does it on the side. So it was free.

I spent about 900 on everything. But I got a few extras and upgrades. Carbon clutches, GT 500 diff cover. deep tranny and pan service kit for it,20 qts of merc v and other crap needed. So about 900 total.

I would definitely hurricane kick them to the face, no doubt. I think we all have done that a time or 2.

My next mods opinions wanted

Little update. My car is getting new hawk rotors front and rear with HPS pads. Maximum Motorsport lower control arms with spherical bearings. Mishimoto radiator hoses, champion 3 core aluminum radiator. Finally getting a tranny cooler in there and installed. JLT CAI and bigger 75mm TB taking out the crappy 70mm SR one. Driveshaftshop aluminum driveshaft. Rearseatdelete.com rear seat delete. New BF Goodrich comp2 tires front and rear.
Should be a good day once I get it all and installed.
And an updated MPT tune.

Yea I should. TB shouldn't make a huge difference neither should the CAI but hey I have the money to spend and I've upgraded as much as I can without cracking the motor open or putting a blower on right now. The lower control arms will make the biggest difference. I already have koni shocks and struts. The driveshaft will help cut down vibrations and lighten up the rotating mass. Getting an all aluminum radiator that's 3 row to help with the hot Florida summers here and my old one is just unsightly.

I haven't ever heard anything bad about driveshaft shop. It should be top notch.

Lol, I remember when I paid $165 shipped from Summit in the early 2000s... My 98 came with one already on it. I'm not sure if I'll put one on the Steeda at the prices they command.
