Looking to bolt in a 2004 cobra engine/trans/driveshaft

Basically I hav a 2001 GT with a snapped rod that I scored for $800, and a full 04 cobra setup with all the wiring harnesses up til the end of the driveshaft- now I kno some ppl usually do solid axel swaps in their 04 cobras, but I'm planning on having this bolt directly to the GT solid rear, and I was wondering what I would need to build the rear up enough to handle to cobra drivetrain. I'm planning on going with 31 spline axels and upgraded gears, but do I need anything off the cobras IRS differential housing to make it bolt to the driveshaft correctly? Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks

You can do it one of two ways. Either swap the pinion flange from the Cobra differential or get a GT driveshaft flange and a hybrid u-joint

Alright I'll probably just swap the cobra pinion flange from the cobra diff since I'm goin to be ripping the GT axel apart as it is to swap in the 31 spline mosers, 31 spline ford racing trac LOK limited slip dif with carbon discs, and 3.73's- but now I'm wondering what bearings and seals I'm supposed to use for the 31 spline moser axels, becuz I feel like I'd need bigger ones than the regular ones that are on with the 28 spline axels, the SR Performance 31 spline axels come with bearings and seals, but the mosers don't, so I'm confused as to which bearings and seals I'll need

I just completed mine and I had to remove one side of the ujoint on the cobra drive shaft and get some kind of combination ujoint so it will fit the flange on the stock gt rear end

Yeah I could probably do that with the GT flange on the cobra driveshaft in the meantime just to get it running, not like I'm gonna start beating it up til after I build the rear so when I do all of that I'll swap to the cobra flange out- thanks for the help guys and if anybody else knows about the moser bearings and seals for 31 spline I'd appreciate it, I'm gonna try to find out from moser but somebody here might kno also lol
