A Windsor? Sounds like a fun swap! Post pics when you start, I'd like to watch the progression!

On the 302 and Windsor? I believe it depends on what year but I've never really messed with heads on a Windsor before. Only old 70's era 351's

I have decided on a 5.4 in mine as well. I'll have to pay attention to your swap progression. Lol

He's going with the a triton overhead cam 5.4 motor, not an old 351 cam in block motor

Do you already have a donor engine? I'm just going with a mod max racing motor and getting some trick flow heads and 2.5l cams. I did a looooot of reading about porting the stock heads. And even the most extreme ported head still can't outflow stock trick flows.
