Sluggish

So I bought a 2002 gt last year but the engine didn't work. So I got a new one (used) it works perfectly ,had 140000 miles on it , but around the 1000-2000 Rpm it feels heavy and sluggish so I have to slam on the gas to make that go away. I'm inclined to think its a vacuum leak or maybe my spark plugs and coils just wanted yo know your opinion

Did you do a full tune up? You need to. Might as well do plugs coils oil and clean your tb and maf and look at your filter in your air intake

Pull some codes from the ECU and see if that tells you anything interesting

Rockauto usually has the best price on Motorcraft coils. And the OEM Motorcraft platinum spark plugs work superbly.
