Manual trans 03 gt

What kind of fluid do you recommend. I want to change as I'm grinding a bit going into 2 (it is -1 degrees) any thoughts I read mercon NON-synthetic for this year.

Update: trans drain was so tight I didn't try to hard to remove didn't want to crack case. Fluid doesn't look to bad nic and red. Shifts fine when warmed up. It's still in the negatives outside temperature wise.

So you're saying you swapped in the pennzoil synchromesh and it shifts better?
