Can't remember which company made this but it had a bit of a price tag I think I saw it was around like 430$ for it. I did I bit of searching on Google for 99-04 mustang rear diffuser and finally found it through a forum that had the company's link.

I personally like it because it gives the 94-98 model a bit more style. It's hard to find exterior parts for my car to make it look stylish. Call me what you want, but that splitter looks sick!

Well the young ladies certainly seem interested in it!

Or possibly, they are looking at the 666 license plate...

The bumper is custom made. He has a thread about it on SN95forums but didn't go into detail on how he made it because he doesn't want people copying it.

It's not really functional, it's just for looks and to be unique. Link to his build thread http://www.sn95forums.com/showthread.php?t=45562

Is it real? Like a belly pan and all or is it just some guns tacked to bar?

Definitely not a belly pan, I believe they're just riveted to a panel and the panel is attached to the underside somehow. I would assume it's similar to a gas tank cover.

Very minimal if you only Daily the car. You won't get any benefit out of one unless your doing some serious racing. It's mainly for looks to be honest.
