I have a 04 mustang gt and here recently it has started having problems starting when it gets cold. The fuel pump wouldn't turn on once it gets cold I couldn't hear it prime so I thought the fuel pump was out. We'll I replaced the fuel pump with a walbro and everything was fine I thought until it got cold again. Now with the new fuel pump I have the same symptoms as when I had the old one in. Plus now I'm getting a dtc p1235 fuel pump out of range. Plus the car runs rough sometimes and sometimes it's fine. Could I have a bad fpdm. Any help would be appreciated.

The FPDM would be the next thing to check.
Since you say that this generally occurs when it is cold, you should inspect the wires and the connector, to the FPDM, for any damage or corrosion that could be affecting the electronics when it is cold and damp.
