99 4.6L ProCharger PVC connection

I bought a 99 GT with a ProCharger on it and I am concerned with amount of oil that drips out of the air filter. Will oil get into the after cooler from the pvc that is connected to the intake tube right after the air Filter? The setup looks correct compared to the illustrations I have found on line.

Yes. With forced induction, you should always use an oil catch can to separate the oil from the air in the PCV system.
