Questions for New Edge guys

First, how does one turn off the Service Engine Soon light?

Next, where is the driver's door jamb switch? I can't find mine and everything tied to it does not work (dome light, warning buzzers, etc).

Thx,

You can wipe it by removing the positive terminal for like 10 mins, light should be gone after that. If it comes back on id get a reader and check it. I'd check it before I wiped it out but that's just me

I just had a coil replaced a couple of weeks ago and the check engine bulb had been missing since I bought the car. They replaced it and it first started flashing a few days back and now it stays on. I guess I need to take it back.

flashing is usually a misfire, or something very bad like no oil pressure or something. but if theres oil still in it, then its probably the coil again. best to see what the code says at an autozone or advance autoparts.

Checked my fluids and all is well. I thought it was one of those lights that tells me to get my oil changed like on other cars I have had. I thought the check engine light said "check engine"

nah, not on these ones. confused me when i first bought mine. started to think i bought a car with a check engine bulb removed. lol. but yes, on some other cars, service lights are just a timer for oil changes.

The doorswitches are inside the door where the latch hits. One on each door, some wd40 broke mine free (dome light was stuck on). You'll have to pull the door panel if you want to replace the switch

yep. thats usually all it is after 100k miles. at least what ive always heard. one bad coil. otherwise, just make sure the coil boots and springs are good. a lot of "defective" coils end up only needing a new boot and spring.
