Trim the tabs on the eliminators. A lot of people had to do that. But your car is running fine now???

I didn't realize it was a hybrid either. Mine is one piece too.

So this is another reason why I'm getting another Xpipe that comes in different parts to help out with angles.

The BBK X is actually a real good piece. If you are having issues the inspect it and make sure its all good. If it looks good... I'm going with user error. Mine fit perfect every time and I had it off a bunch messing with the transmission on my 98.

No leaks, no issues, MIL eliminators used, made sure everything was properly plugged in and sealed and it sounds very good.

Also, plz no X vs H arguements, its been beaten to death. Power difference between the 2 is nil. X is raspier, H is rumblier. Pair the X with a straight thru muffler and the H with chambered. The BBK pipe that I had works similar to a MAC Prochamber and sounds good with both types.

Petty sure why my xpipe has issues is the way the side exhaust Maganflows Roush installed on them from the factory is they're just a bit off for what ever reason. I messed with them for a month until I cut and welded in a flex pipe between the cat back and xpipe. That solved the leak at that flange but it would never seal properly at the manifold to xpipe on the driver side.
