Can you feel any vibration through the steering wheel?

I would, very carefully, inspect the front tires for any signs that the tread is separating from the tire. Sometimes, a cord can break, inside of the tire, and the tire tread will become misaligned or bulged (Separated) in the area of the broken cord and the tire will make a strange noise.

it´s kinda hard to hear but the noise occurred after replacing the rotors and pads,
also dropped the lower control to take access the caliper bolts with an impact. so it may be a swaybar noise?

I can hear it. It sounds like something is rubbing. Whatever it is, it must be leaving a rub mark somewhere.
You will probably have to take the wheels off and give it a thorough inspection. Pay close attention to everything that you worked on.
Maybe the dust cover got a little bit bent and and is rubbing the rotor, or something like that.
