Remove MIL eliminators before tune?

I recently bought a 2003 GT and it came with an offroad xpipe. The previous owner put some cheap MIL eliminators on but they dont clear the engine code. Anyway I bought a tuner and was wondering If I needed to remove those before I tune the car? If theres one thing im confused about with cars is 02 sensors (which sounds weird lol) but if anyone can chime in that would be great! Thanks

You could remove them or leave them in doesn't matter. The o2s that are behind the cats analyze if your cats are working properly or not. Obviously when you take cats off it freaks them out a bit lol. But turning them off with a tune is the best way to go in my opinion
