Some of my friends who saw them yesterday, the first thing they said was that pictures don't do them any justice.

I don't want to be rude, but how I got them does not matter. This thread is for the actual tail lights.

I'm sure they did, but like soccer said, that's really not the point of the thread.

Companies are smart to throw product out there for free publicity and get the word out there. It would have cost them thousands to get the word out any other way.

I don't car how you got em. If I had a 99-04 these would be on it.

Looks nicer when lit if they aren't lit they look ridiculous. I have raxiom lights all around to but not a fan of those. On a light colored car I'm sure they look like to much is going on.

Pictures do them no justice. Believe me.

The LED parts are the outer rings. The turn signals are the inner bulbs, there are kits already out that made those LEDs, i'm sure with those kits they will work with these also.

Hey Super - The Icon Tailights do not have the Sequential Tailight Harness built into them but it can be purchased separately! Let me know if you have any other questions and I'm here to help!

You're very welcome, and Yes! However, you were supposed to say "That's a good idea! Even though we did countless tests and product placement analysis, we'll send you a pair as if we hadn't thought of that before!" Lol jkjkjk

Alas, I see a pair in my future. I hate the rear tint covers I got a while back. The fonts are ok, but using 3m tape was a bad idea IMO

No i mean will there be an adapter or something that will allow the led's to be sequential instead of just the inside

Doubt it. Not in the design.

To mimic the 13-14 lights, like the appearance, it would fully mimic the function.

I get that part, but I don't see why it is a deal breaker to some people.

If you ever happen to upgrade your inner bulbs to LEDs, post up. I'd like to see what they look like. I've been debating doing the upgrade thinking they would look better in sequential mode than the incandescent bulbs.

I've been thinking about it. But I have a few other things on the list first, like painting my bumper, side skirts, and mirrors, making a front splitter, and a rear wing.

I have some led bulbs sitting around I might try out when my lights get here. For some reason the leds tails dont like the relay I bought for the switchbacks in the front.

I will have to see them in person but I still don't like them very much. The smoked clear OEM style ones I've seen do look pretty good... or just get the OEM set tinted for way less $$$.

But that's what's great about this hobby. For the most part, you do you and ignore wtf everyone else thinks.

Both tinted and these look great in their own regards. I'm by no means getting rid of my tinted ones any time soon. Might swap them out. But these do look pretty good AND they are legal. When i start doing the front splitter and rear wing it may be a bit more of an attention grabber so having things "legal" might be a bit more handy.

Do they come with a DOT compliance card? I never had an issue with the projectors I had on my 98 but I kept that card in the glovebox in case I ever had a complete jerk cop pull me over.

They should come with a card. The DEPOs I had in the 98 came with a green compliance card.

My smoked taillights didn't come with a card. Nor are there any dot numbers stamped on the housing anywhere. Sure it will be only a matter of time before I get the excuse of "Well I pulled you over because of your smoked taillights and loud exhaust"
