Vacuum hose help after heater core swap - CEL?

Can anyone help? I recently did a heater core on my Mustang and now i seemed to misplaced or forgot some vacuum hoses.

First, there is a Y adapter with small red hoses that deal with the egr system. This was around the area i was working on for my heater core. Out of the climate control dials there is a colored vacuum hose cluster. There is a T for the black one but i don't have it going anywhere. However, the blower does go from hot to cold.

Shortly after the heater core swap, i got a CEL p0455, and i can smell fuel vapors when filling up. Not sure if these lines have anything to do with it, but I'm going to get to the purge solenoid and test it out. Seems like they go bad and maybe mine is stuck open?

Normally I'd monkey and build smoke machine, but i thought the issue was my fuel tank grommet and now the cel has returned and I'm leaving to California for a trip. My gas mileage also took a dump.
