Okay so here is the story.

I went inside Walmart for about 20 minutes. Came back out, and unlocked my car to get in. I turned the car on and my theft light was flashing while the car was on. Then I turn the car off. Attempt to start it and nothing comes on. No light nothing. So we pop the hood and tap on the batter wires connected to the ground. Then the lamp on top of the car turns on. And my car can start again. Car runs fine, seems like nothing happened. Turn it off and it won't start. So repeat.

My guessing it clean the battery terminal, tighten everything? Etc? Is this a major thing?

Sorry for the book also

If it does a full sweep then either your battery or alternator is about to die. As far as everything else i have no clue

My 04 also did the exact thing! I replaced the shot loose positive cable clamp, and haven't had any issues since.

Like it did this out of no where. I thought I was about to spend over 100$ what's weird was the gauges tho.

are you talkin about how you turn the key and the gauges all move to their max position, then drop back to zero? that happens whenever you pull the battery.

I swear to god EFI was designed by tow truck companies. But I suppose when they say "once you go efi you never go back". I think it means "once you go EFI you never make it back home" ! lol

Score card of the causes for times I have been stranded:
Computer issues - 4 (each caused fuel injectors to not work)
Engine failure - 0
Transmission - 0
Clutch - 0 (once had it fail completely but I still made it home)
Carburetor - 0
EFI fuel pump - 1
carb fuel pump - 0

Hmm, im noticing a ****ing pattern here!!!

Check your terminals usually a loose ground on the batter will cause this.
