Mustang dyno reads way low

I dyno'd my car the other day at TX2K15 I know my car makes at least 360rwhp. But dyno showed 335rwhp and only 397rwtq. I know this is off because I dyno'd last year at 345rwhp 430rwtq before longtubes when it was raining outside... By the way I have k&n filter, 75mm throttle body and plenum, under drive pulley's, longtubes, off-road x-pipe, slp catback, Ortiz tune, 4.10 gears, and a 100 wet nitrous plate shot running 11.7-12.3 a/f. I am impressed how smooth my graph is.

Perhaps the dyno last year was reading "way high"?

Maybe so. But even a 100 shot on a stock gt would almost put it at the same power level I dyno'd at on the mustang dyno.

I am pretty confident I'm between 360-370 with longtubes, switched to plate kit, and leaning out the car as much as I am, I should be! With my previous dyno 345 on the bottle with a/f at 11.5-11.7. Now with longtubes + plate kit + leaning out 11.7-12.3. Should add somewhere around 15-25rwhp I think.

Probably just different calibrations on the dynos, at the end of the day does it matter?

Idk I just like documented dyno numbers to match up my track times and to compare cars with about same hp/tq to race against.
