Turn signal's dont work at all

So my 2002 Mustang GT been at a paint shop for the past 2 months (I wasn't happy it was that long) and the car went without headlights or taillights. Now that its back I tried reinstalling everything and none of the blinkers work. No sound,no arrow, 4 Ways do nothing. Obviously the paint shop said they didn't touch anything. I know it worked before hand so any advice what to check?

Tried checking the fuse's they look fine nothing wrong, just kinda lost. Thanks

The electronic flashers are located in locations #13 and #18. I think that one of them is for the four-way flashers and the other is for the turn signals.
If you get a probe-type 12v electrical tester, and a wiring diagram for your car, It shouldn't be too difficult to trace where the problem is in the circuit.

Well you should start with the simple stuff first Check all bulbs make sure they are good.
Take them out, clean the socket at that point if you ave a voltage tester you can check each of the terminal to ground find a bolt in the wheel well area or somewhere on the car if you see a black wire that is a ground and you can use that.

If no voltage start working back to the fuse block be sure to test all functions Brakes, turn signals and parking lights

Good Luck

Sounds like you had it taken apart to get painted, check the connectors they may have paint / dust from the paint shop since it set there for so long. But I am leaning to the Fuse's or grounding issue since none of them work!

Id assume its a ground. My car had a bad ground and the left blinker would only work half the time.

then one day I hit a really huge bump and it works 100% of the time now haa
